Miroirs d’espace

Plutôt qu’une histoire qui s’écrit à quatre, ce sont ici quatre histoires qui fi nalement se rejoignent pour former une constellation, riche du chemin musical de chacun. Guillaume Chilemme, Matthieu Handtschoewercker, David Gaillard et Thomas Duran se croisent, se trouvent et se retrouvent. Ce premier album est une part de cette constellation, autour de la musique française, d’avant le quatuor à nos jours, de la réécriture à l’interprétation.

Rather than a single story written by four hands, this is the convergence of four distinct musical journeys, coming together to form a constellation, enriched by each artist’s unique path. Guillaume Chilemme, Matthieu Handtschoewercker, David Gaillard, and Thomas Duran cross paths, fi nd one another, and reconnect. This debut album is a fragment of that constellation, centered around French music, from before the string quartet to the present day, spanning from reinterpretation to performance.
